There are fraudulent parties using Diamond Express Logistics' name and reputation to tender loads fraudulently.  If you are tendered a load by Diamond Express Logistics, please contact Kathy directly at (727) 215-7997, Gloria at (605) 237-9249 or Accounting (515) 314-3783  the only valid e-mails for Diamond Express end in @diamondexpresslog.COM  if the rate confirmation uses diamondexpresslog.NET it is NOT our load and will not be paid as it is a spoofed rate confirmation.  Please verify that you are doing business with Diamond Express Logistics.  The way the scam works is they take a load from a broker pretending to be a carrier then they get a carrier to haul the load for a broker who has good credit.  They spoof the brokers information so they can get a clean copy of the BOL and they get the original broker to quick pay them.  Meanwhile you are billing us and we have no connection to the actual load.
